In November 28, 2014, New York Law Journal "Boehner's Suit Over Obamacare Faces Unlikely Foe." it states Speaker of the House John Boehner last week filed his long-anticipated lawsuit against the Obama Administration.
This Obamacare is over a year now, and the Supreme Court Justices approved the bill. What is the problem?
So far, the Speaker of House, John Boehner, has demonstrated a pattern of abuse of title, position, etc. He used criminal coercion -- if the President doesn't take the Obamacare off the table -- Government Shutdown -- he actually shutdown the government -- with HIS and his friends, perks in tact; and prevented online perspective insurers to enroll in the health care due to a computer "glitch." Mr. Boehner instructed the Supreme Court Justices to order the President not to appoint, or make decisions, if Congress is out--The President should wait until Congress is in session. When are they in session? They seem to take a leave, whenever the President addresses them about the Country's needs. The blocked the Acting Commissioner, Colvin's appointment, because of a program her predecessor designed and implemented. According to "Google Alerts," Commissioner Astrue was called to testify because of lawsuits under his watch. He testified and won!!!
Mr. Boehner has and continue to violate the ANTI-SHERMAN TRUST LAW; makes False Association Claims, thereby enabling ANTI-SLAPP VIOLATORS, with innuendos against the President. Now, he is tooting his horn, with another threat -- Here comes January - the HOUSE will be full -- REPUBLICANS -- they will be in control!!!
CONGRESS' role is to ensure that the Country's needs are taken care of, and not have a controlling, communistic, ANTI-Constitutional, ANTI-Civil Rights, TOTALITARIAN PRESIDENT; RULER; CZAR, ETC., SOMETHING LIKE CONGRESS, which is made up with a bunch of LAWLESS WINDOW DRESSERS, pretending "my country tis of thee, sweet land of liberty."
WHERE WERE CONGRESS AND THE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES, WHEN THE DECISION WAS MADE ABOUT BIN LADEN?? GADDAFI, ETC.???? I didn't hear CONGRESS whining -- GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN, SUPREME COURT JUSTICES, check with Congress first -- not even a "Thank You, Mr. President"-- "job well done."

ADDENDUM: Before Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech to Congress, he was gracious enough to let the world know this was in no way, disrespect to President Obama. However, not only did the Speaker of the House, Mr. John Boehner, demonstrate disrespect, by not informing the President of the Prime Minister's address to Congress, he violated - 18 U.S.C. 793; US Code - Gathering, Transmitting, or Losing Defense Information. -- which translates to the Espionage Act of 1917.
Now he is speaking for the States, when a Senator/Congressperson resigns due to scandals. Anti-trust violations.-- Which translates -- TOTALITARIAN REGIME.
